These Terms of Service govern purchases and use of exodia.world and the digital products offered through Exodia ("we," "our," "us"). By placing an order or using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not place an order.
You must be at least 18 years old, or otherwise have the legal capacity required in your jurisdiction, to place an order. You are responsible for providing accurate order and contact information.
Exodia offers digital products such as subscriptions, accounts, activation keys, game-related products, and other digital access items. Product descriptions, supported platforms, regions, durations, limitations, and available variants are shown on the relevant product page or during checkout.
Some products relate to independent third-party platforms or services. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Exodia is not the operator of those third-party platforms and does not control their rules, availability, account policies, technical changes, suspensions, or service decisions. Customers are responsible for checking the product description and any relevant third-party requirements before purchase.
An order is created when checkout is started and becomes paid only after the relevant payment provider confirms payment. Payment confirmation is separate from delivery confirmation for products that require manual fulfillment.
Prices and available payment methods may change. The price shown and accepted at checkout is the price that applies to that order. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers, and Exodia does not store full payment-card details.
We may cancel or refuse an order where payment cannot be verified, fraud is suspected, the product is unavailable, a pricing or technical error is obvious, or fulfillment would be unlawful or impossible. If a paid order is cancelled by Exodia before delivery, the appropriate amount will be refunded unless another resolution is agreed with the customer.
Delivery depends on the product, selected variant, and available stock at the time of fulfillment.
A product that normally supports automatic delivery may require manual Discord fulfillment when automatic inventory is unavailable. This does not by itself mean that payment failed or that the order was cancelled.
For manual orders, payment confirmation alone does not mean the product has already been delivered. Manual delivery is completed when the purchased product or access information is actually provided or otherwise made available to the customer.
Customers are responsible for entering a working email address and keeping their order ID and any delivered credentials private.
Where a product includes account credentials, activation information, keys, or other access data, the customer is responsible for securing that information after delivery and following any product-specific instructions. Sharing, reselling, modifying, or misusing a product may affect support eligibility and may also violate the rules of the relevant third-party platform.
Exodia cannot guarantee that a third-party platform will never change its rules, restrict an account, discontinue a service, or alter compatibility after successful delivery. Nothing in these Terms guarantees approval by a third-party platform.
Our voluntary refund rules are described in the Refund Policy. In general, we first try to correct an Exodia-caused delivery or product problem or provide a suitable replacement before issuing a discretionary refund.
Nothing in these Terms or the Refund Policy excludes, restricts, or replaces rights that cannot legally be waived. If applicable law gives a consumer a statutory right of withdrawal, that right remains available unless and until the legal requirements for an exception are satisfied.
For digital content supplied without a tangible medium, loss of a statutory withdrawal right may require the customer's prior express consent to begin supply during the withdrawal period and acknowledgment that the right of withdrawal will be lost when supply begins, together with any other legally required confirmation. Acceptance of these Terms alone is not intended to waive a statutory withdrawal right.
Before storefront checkout can continue, Exodia presents a separate, unchecked digital-content consent. By selecting it, the customer expressly requests that Exodia may begin fulfilling the digital order before the statutory withdrawal period ends and acknowledges the stated effect on the withdrawal right where applicable. Exodia records the consent wording/version, acceptance time, checkout language, and request IP with the order and confirms the consent in the transactional order email.
If an order is missing, incorrect, unusable at the time of delivery, or materially different from its description because of an issue caused by Exodia, contact support as soon as reasonably possible and include the order ID. We may request information reasonably necessary to verify and resolve the issue.
Our request that customers report problems promptly does not shorten any mandatory legal guarantee, withdrawal, or complaint period that applies under law.
You may not use the website or services to:
The Exodia website, branding, layout, original text, graphics, and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names, logos, games, platforms, and services remain the property of their respective owners. Purchasing a digital product does not transfer ownership of Exodia's website content or any third-party intellectual property.
We aim to keep product information and the website accurate and available, but temporary outages, stock changes, payment-provider delays, email-delivery failures, third-party platform changes, and other technical problems can occur. Estimated or described delivery timing is not a guarantee unless explicitly stated as such for a specific order.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Exodia is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control, including third-party platform actions or outages. Where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited, the mandatory legal rules apply.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability or consumer remedies where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.
We may restrict access to the website, support, or future purchases where reasonably necessary to address fraud, abuse, security risks, unlawful activity, or serious violations of these Terms. This does not remove any refund or consumer right that already applies to a valid existing order.
Our Privacy Policy explains how order, payment-status, delivery, review, security, and support information is processed.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted when an order is placed applies to that order unless a later change is required by law or is expressly agreed with the customer. Updated Terms may apply to future use of the website and future purchases.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of Exodia, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rules that apply in the customer's country of residence. Nothing in these Terms removes any right an eligible consumer has to use a competent court or legally available consumer-dispute procedure.
