Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about Exodia
How will I receive my order?
+Delivery depends on the product, selected variant, and available stock. If automatic stock is available, your item is made available on the protected order page and sent to the email address used at checkout after payment confirmation. Otherwise, contact Exodia on Discord with your order ID for manual fulfillment.
Why did my order require Discord instead of automatic email delivery?
+Some products use stock-aware delivery. When suitable automatic inventory is available, the system can deliver it automatically. If that inventory is unavailable, or the product is configured for manual delivery, your paid order is fulfilled through Discord instead. This does not mean your payment failed.
What is your refund policy?
+Our voluntary refund policy is strict for correctly delivered digital products, but statutory consumer rights still apply. If an issue was caused by Exodia, contact support so we can investigate and try to fix the issue, provide a suitable replacement, or refund the affected amount where appropriate. See the full Refund Policy for details.
What's the best way to contact support?
+Use the official Exodia Discord server for order and product support. Include your order ID when asking about a purchase. Response times can vary.
What should I check before buying?
+Read the product description, platform, region, duration, requirements, selected variant, and delivery method before checkout. Products connected to third-party platforms can also be affected by that platform's own rules and later service changes.
What happens if my product has a problem?
+If a product is missing, incorrect, unusable at the time of delivery, or materially different from its description because of an Exodia-caused issue, contact support as soon as possible. We will investigate and normally try to correct or replace the product first. Refunds and statutory rights are described in our Refund Policy.
Who is responsible for product usage?
+You are responsible for how you use a delivered product and for keeping credentials or access information secure. Third-party platform terms and policies may also apply.
